At the baseball-themed Bruins of the Year event on April 17, 2025, Title I Reading and English Language Development teacher Tasha Posch was honored as Wilson's Teacher of the Year. She was introduced by student Josias Gayton.
Posch was also named the "Fan Favorite" at the event, so the Wilson staff will be treated to breakfast by Bartlesville Chick-fil-A.
Fourth Grade teacher Sarah Tuggle was honored as Wilson's Rising Star Teacher, an award for teachers with one to four years of experience.
Special Education Paraprofessional Dawn Dickson was honored as Wilson's Classified Person of the Year.
Beth Farmer, who is a counselor at Wilson, was named the District Elementary Rookie of the Year.
